The home was beautiful nice interior decor. The property backs up to a forest where we got to see lots of deer from the deck with our morning coffee. We had a enjoyable weekend overall.
Well the place its on perfect condition, and close to the kids activities it’s awesome…Just the owner was I little rude, i ask some question and he/she answers not according to he/she position; another word, THEY ARE NOT GOOD HOSTS…
We had a nice time at the house! The main issue was it took days for both the owner and the manager to respond, making it tough to get answers to our questions. This was the case both before and during the stay.
Also, there were literally only 6 forks in the entire house, despite it sleeping 9, so there were always a few of us eating with spoons.
Nice community and location to enjoy the Poconos!

My family of 7 stayed in this beautiful home for 6 days and 5 nights. Overall everything went smoothly, and there were even snacks waiting for us upon our arrival! Everything was clean and in order and organized wonderfully. Even had tabs on the kitchen cabinet doors and drawers to let you know where to find everything. The house is very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and everything else you would need!
The only issue- and it turned out to not really be a huge one was most of the tv remotes weren’t working for some reason, which rendered the tv’s useless. The fact that this home had tv’s in all the bedrooms was one of the main reasons we chose this house.
After contacting the owner, he immediately had someone come over to check them, which happened to interrupt our dinner, but they had no way of knowing that. But she really had no clue as to what to do. She managed to get one of the remotes working, but a little after she left, it stopped working again.
The owner even contacted me again after she left, and informed me that he had contacted the cable company- but we never figured out how to get them working.
However, the tv in the living room and master bedroom worked fine, and since we were up very late most nights, and watching tv in the living room together most of the time, it wasn’t a big problem for us. Just want to let anyone know who rents this place and tv is a big deal for them to know about this, as I look for honest reviews all the time.
Also, due to the location and time of year (summer) we went, there were many flying bugs and a few spiders that got into the house after opening the doors. This wasn’t a big problem for most of us, but my youngest daughter was uncomfortable because of that. She can see a fly and get scared though. And I saw a spider on my bed (master bedroom) once and freaked out. Thankfully we weren’t laying in the bed at the time- but it did give me the creeps that night as I went to sleep. But this is definitely something out of the owner’s control for the most part!
Aside from those issues though, the owner is very nice and accommodating and even apologized about the tv issues- which we understood wasn’t his fault, and things happen.
So overall I’d highly recommend this place to anyone!
The home was nice and cozy! It was clean upon arrival and there were some snacks kept for us as well. The TV in the main room wasn't working due to a broken HDMI cable. Donovan was open to us buying a replacement HDMI and getting reimbursed for it! We didn't end up getting out to do it but that didn't impact our trip by much 🙂 Great communication by the hosts and we also got late checkout which was very helpful!
Would certainly stay there again!
